**Short description**:
Do you understand how to translate complex customer needs into clear solutions? Are you keen to successfully implement our products for our customers through training, coaching and workshops and do you have both technical know-how and strong communication skills? **Your mission**:
Your tasks
You will oversee managing a portfolio of Knowliah's enterprise clients, guiding them through every stage of their customer journey, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll have the flexibility to structure your workday as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering external software training, coaching sessions, and workshops, both remotely and occasionally on-site.

Your area of responsibility will also include
- Analysis and management of customer needs
- Providing our customers with comprehensive support and advice on solutions and processes through the use of our products
- Obtaining and evaluating customer feedback to optimize products and processes
- Support in the preparation and implementation of software projects

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies in information technology, law or business or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a law firm is desirable. You should have technical & legal knowledge in the field of activity of our customers.
- You have already worked with at least one CRM system, e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position as a software trainer or in similar positions such as (key) account manager, customer success manager, etc.
- Very good Dutch and good written and spoken English skills

**Your team**:
Our team currently consists of 6 employees and we are looking forward to completing the team with you. We generally work 3 days in the office in Boortmeerbeek and 2 days from home. Workshops and certain appointments also take place at the customer's premises.
