“TRS is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Data Center Industry experience to join our client’s project team based in Mons, BELGIUM.”

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide support to project team on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:

- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and provide advice and monitoring of same to the project team.
- Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to management.
- Procurement - operational procurement activity and contract support, in conjunction with the Procurement Department
- Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final
- Provide and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management.
- Ensure reporting is in line with Group Policies & highlight exceptions to Management

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Accredited Degree/Technical qualification or equivalent years' experience.
- Minimum 5 + years in Quantity Surveying environment.
- Data Centre or large critical environment projects experience.
