As a growing business within the UNILIN Group, we want to strengthen our division with a Marketing Manager for the commercial segment. In this role you will report directly to the General Manager Carpet Tiles.

Your job responsibilities include:

- You define the marketing strategy and implement it by executing a coherent marketing plan and budget, in line with the business strategy of the division.
- You are the ambassador of our division, build brand equity by implementing a targeted communication plan (on

- You are the gatekeeper of our brand policy, to have a consistent and authentic speech towards all of our stakeholders.
- You are responsible for the daily management of the marketing department, working closely with our internal marketing coordinator and the external marketing partner to execute the marketing plan.
- For the product launches you work together with the product team to translate their ideation and products into collection concepts and POS materials, within the set scope of budget and timeline.
- You support the sales by organizing and coordinating events, exhibitions, customer visits and making sure our showrooms are kept up-to-date.
- You develop a deep understanding of the market and competition and identify needs, trends and evolutions.

You will be based in our site in Mouscron.

**Who are you?**:

- You have a proven track record in marketing management.
- You understand the dynamics of the commercial market and know how to address the different stakeholders in the project business.
- You are an early adaptor on the latest trends in marketing tools, technology and market approach.
- Design is your passion, using your creativity to astonish the market with your stylish but yet quirky way of representing our brand and product concepts.
- You are both a leader and a team player, taking ownership, being a real entrepreneur in a hands-on environment, keen to grow our commercial business.
- Representing with confidence our brand/company and product concepts both inside and outside our company is a non-issue.
- You strive for excellence in everything you do.
- You can set the necessary metrics to evaluate the efficiency of marketing tools and manage meticulous the budget.
- You are multilingual and speak fluently in English, Dutch and French. German is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SEO/SEA and content creation tools or software such as Adobe Creative Suit (Indesign, Fotoshop, Illustrator), Premier Pro or other. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads is considered a plus.
