Ranging from retail to residential, office, public, showrooms to hospitality and landscape projects, small to very large scale, Delta Light has the product range, experience and knowledge to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of your projects.

Over the years Delta Light established its growth based on in-house design, R&D, quality control, testing and production. From design to engineering and prototyping, all the way to production, packaging and stockingall is handled at the Delta Light headquarters in Belgium.

**Job description**
Digital space is your habitat. You will focus on the online presence of the Delta Light brand in all its aspects and will be overseeing all digital platforms. Your main role is to drive traffic and conversion. You constantly monitor and increase performance and adjust activation programs accordingly. As a digital ambassador you will drive digital innovation and provide thought leadership on new and innovative digital growth strategies.
- You develop the digital strategy and set tactics into an online activation plan to grow the brands presence and engagement with our target group.
- You manage the implementation and monitoring of all online campaigns across all digital networks, including paid spend budgets. Measure and report campaign performance against overall campaign objectives.
- You provide access to facts and knowledge, lead the implementation of data and analytics capability with a focus on how to use insights to influence planning and execution.
- You monitor and control the implementation and use of digital technology and marketing tools.
- You cooperate with internal and external stakeholders and set up clear structures. You understand how programs and campaigns can be scaled globally for local markets in a relevant way

**Profile**
- You are qualified with preferably a university degree or high school with focus on (digital) marketing and/or broad relevant experience.
- You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch.
- You are a communicative team-player and passioned motivator. You are a go-getter and want to get more out of the job: more expertise, autonomy, value and pleasure of working in teams. You have a healthy interest in and affinity with the lighting industry trends and evolutions.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you are solution-oriented, focussed on getting things done and passionate about digital storytelling. You prefer to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are able to work cross-functionality with a variety of creative minds and business stakeholders.
