We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Inhouse Recruiter on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of Goodman's People & Culture team, responsible for managing your designated recruitment activities across seven countries in Europe. From overseeing and coordinating the full recruitment cycle to optimizing processes, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent to our organization. With our evolving business strategy comes a need for a fresh perspective and new skills. We are currently seeking for an inhouse recruiter who not only embraces change but also possesses the ability to passionately convey our story and vision to potential talent. Your role will be pivotal in attracting individuals who are eager to join us in this journey of transformation.
**More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity**:
- to manage end-to-end the full recruitment cycle of your assigned vacancies (across 7 different European countries).
- to provide guidance and training to hiring leads throughout the full recruitment process.
- to administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) while generating recruitment metrics.
- to optimize and document our current recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Do you recognize yourself?**:
- you have a minimum experience in recruitment of 5 years, preferable as an inhouse recruiter.
- you demonstrate the ability to navigate challenges in the labour market and think innovatively.
- you have the right level of maturity to train and coach the business stakeholders in recruitment practices.
- you are fluent in English, additional language proficiency is a plus.
