As Tosca’s Category Buyer, you are responsible for supporting local business units on all **indirect category spends** across EMEA. You will work on qualifying vendors, evaluating bids, and negotiating prices and terms for purchased goods and services.

As a strategic thinker, you focus on complex projects and initiatives that support both local initiatives but also wider EMEA projects.
- Your role_
- You collaborate with local Managing Directors and business stakeholders to establish annual procurement plans, focusing on key spending categories and opportunities to negotiate centralized agreements to lower Tosca TCO.
- You collaborate with-and support the Senior Procurement Manager for EMEA on both local projects and longer term strategic spend reviews.
- You implement and manage the use of national, regional, and local contract agreements for goods and services.
- You collaborate with internal customers to identify needs and potential opportunities.
- You analyze organizational spend to determine key sourcing and aggregation opportunities.
- You establish and maintain measurable performance metrics.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing category and sourcing initiatives and strategies with the Procurement Manager for EMEA.
- You negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve the best pricing possible, ensuring that orders received adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.
- You develop and implement sustainable procurement processes across Tosca globally to adhere to internal financial controls utilizing change management practices.
- You study market prices and trends.
- Your profile_
- You have obtained a degree in business administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- You are a strategic thinker, able to evaluate and propose suggestions for improvement.
- You are a self-starter with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrently.
- You have experience in the development of cost estimating/cost control, reporting and record/document control.
- You are a strong communicator and negotiator.
