Wij zijn op zoek naar een Sales & Account Manager voor een familiebedrijf in Machelen. Zij verkopen en verhuren allerhande bouwapparatuur.
- Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het bedrijf en de klant: je draagt bij tot de verdere groei van de organisatie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van het klantenbestand en de versterking van de marktleiderspositie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar en binden van nieuwe potentiële klanten.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en ondersteunt en adviseert elke klant.
- Je maakt de nodige prijsoffertes en volgt deze verder op.
- Je werkt actief mee naar mogelijkheden voor het opzetten van nieuwe acties en strategieën en ondersteunt de bestaande initiatieven.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een passie voor verkoop en een empathische persoonlijkheid
- Je vindt het een uitdaging om nieuwe klanten op een vertrouwelijke manier warm te maken
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar commerciële ervaring/commercieel inzicht
- Je bent stipt en flexibel naar werkuren toe
- Je bent resultaat
- en klantgericht, creatief, eerlijk en open
- Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale
- en verkoopvaardigheden
- Je kent de markt van de stationaire compressoren of je wilt de wereld van compressoren ontdekken
- Je wordt niet afgeschrikt door een technische omgeving
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
