**Responsibilities**:
You will provide administrative support to the teams within your department. You will undertake various tasks on a daily basis, where flexibility is essential due to the varying workload and diverse tasks. You are in regular contact with your colleagues to ensure tasks are completed correctly and to a high standard.
Your tasks will include:
- Scheduling of ICT Engineers: Manage scheduling for ongoing ICT projects, training, vacations, on-call, etc.
- Logistic activities: Manage and follow up on logistic processes, such as shipping material to customers, making it available for staging and taking back material.
- Administrative duties: Order processing, task creation for time registration, invoicing, scope changes, etc.
- Financial aspects: Take into account the P&L of ICT projects and act accurately in the tooling.
- Communication and follow-up: Ensure effective communication and status updates to colleagues.
- Improvement-oriented: Point colleagues to opportunities to process requests faster and more accurately.
Profile
- You are customer-oriented and a real team player. You are able to build professional relationships with colleagues from all departments
- Fluent Dutch, French and English
- Knowledge of Office365 package. Knowledge of SAP tooling is a plus
- Stress resistant: combination of work organization, working on screen, urgent issues that may arise at any time and need to be resolved quickly.
