**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Strategy Officer werk je mee aan de uitwerking van de langetermijnvisie van de onderneming en de omzetting ervan in plannen met als doel de strategische doelstellingen die de interne en externe verbintenissen van de onderneming vormen te bereiken. Je assisteert de Domain Leader Strategy, General Management en de business bij het bereiken van de MIVB-doelstellingen door strategische analyses en positioneringen, door de directe leiding van projecten voor bedrijfstransformatie en door het dynamisch rapporteren van deze afspraken. Je hangt af van de directie Strategy & Business Transformation die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan het General Management.
Concreet zijn je verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Je coördineert de ontwikkeling van mobiliteitsstrategieën in brede zin, zoals bijvoorbeeld de co-modaliteit, in partnerschap met interne en externe partijen, de positionering van de MIVB op regionale stedelijke
- /transport
- of institutionele ontwikkelingsprojecten, of partnership en business development projecten.
- Je werkt mee aan de uitwerking van de bedrijfsstrategieën op vlak van kwaliteit, project, informatie en gegevens, CSR, performantie, operationele uitmuntendheid
- Je werkt mee aan de uitwerking en opstelling van het beheerscontract door ervoor te zorgen dat de strategische doelstellingen voor een termijn van 5 à 10 jaar bepaald worden op basis van de visie, de ambities van de onderneming, de evolutie van de omgeving en de lessons learned.
- Als project manager stuur je de business transformation & change werven aan die tot doel hebben de performantie van de MIVB te verbeteren.
- Je werkt mee aan de opstelling van het ondernemingsplan met als doel de doelstellingen van het beheerscontract te bereiken.
- Je organiseert de dynamische en gestructureerde opvolging van de verplichtingen en doelstellingen van het beheerscontract (het jaarverslag meegedeeld aan de beheersorganen van de MIVB, en het Parlement te Brussel) en van het ondernemingsplan, om het management te helpen de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je bent op regelmatige basis in contact met de Regio en je vertegenwoordigt de MIVB.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een Master diploma in een technische of economische richting of je hebt een gelijkwaardig academisch parcours afgelegd die exacte wetenschappen en business combineert.
- Je beschikt over 3 à 4 jaar beroepservaring in een gelijkaardige functie die strategie en een nauwe samenwerking met het management van de onderneming combineren (strategie, strategic planning, business transformation, corporate reporting).
- Kennis van het openbaar vervoer of mobiliteitsberoepen of kennis van vergelijkbare beroepen zoals bijvoorbeeld bij nutsbedrijven (post, energie, logistiek,..) is een pluspunt.
- Goed zakelijk inzicht, gevoel voor cijfers, strategische visie, analytische nauwkeurigheid, kritisch denken, synthesevaardigheden.
- Vermogen om “position papers” en “executive summary” te schrijven en om te presenteren en te communiceren ter attentie van een managementcomité.
- Vermogen om sterke partnerschappen te creëren en te ontwikkelen zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent goed drietalig Frans-Nederlands-Engels.
- Goede beheersing van berekenings
- en presentatiesoftware (MS-Office: Excel en PowerPoint,...).
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, flexibiliteit om transversaal of via matrix systeem te werken, gevoel voor teamwerk, openstaan voor verandering en vernieuwing, verantwoordelijkheidszin en sterk in presentaties, tactisch en diplomatisch, organisatietalent, stressbestendig.
