Basé à Bruxelles et passant régulièrement du temps à Londres, notre client recherche un Compliance Manager pour soutenir le Head of Office et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Compliance basé à Londres, le Head of Underwriting Management et l'équipe plus large de Risk Management & Compliance.

Les responsabilités incluent:
1. Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les questions de conformité générale, y compris

a. La communication avec les régulateurs et la préparation, la révision ou l'approbation en temps voulu des principales déclarations réglementaires.

b. Le traitement des plaintes et la liaison avec les parties prenantes concernées pour assurer une résolution rapide.

2. Guider et aider l'entreprise à fournir des résultats corrects aux clients, y compris:
a. La gestion de la directive "Know Your Customer", "Treating Customer's Fairly" et "Insurance Distribution Directive for European Customers".

b. La révision en temps utile des principales politiques internes pour assurer la conformité réglementaire.

c. La tenue à jour du registre européen des risques

3. En collaboration avec l'équipe de conformité de Londres:
a. identifier, analyser et répondre aux changements réglementaires en Belgique et dans l'EEE

b. mettre en œuvre avec succès et assurer un suivi continu des évolutions légales et réglementaires

c. identifier et enregistrer les infractions à la réglementation et les incidents évités de justesse, en collaborant avec l'entreprise pour déterminer la cause profonde et mettre en place des contrôles pour éviter qu'ils ne se reproduisent.

d. contrôler les connaissances et les compétences professionnelles du personnel afin de satisfaire aux exigences de la FSMA.

5. Surveillance et approbation de l'autorité de souscription du personnel européen.

6. Suivi des procédures de souscription et des contrôles pour toutes les activités de souscription en Europe. 7.

7. Suivi et enquête sur les rapports d'exception de souscription pour s'assurer que tous les souscripteurs respectent les règles et normes internes de souscription.

8. Contribuer à la production de rapports mensuels internes destinés aux comités du conseil d'administration et de rapports externes destinés aux principales parties prenantes.

9. Assister aux conférences du marché, selon les besoins.

10. Assister au conseil d'administration et aux comités, selon les besoins, pour rendre compte des questions de conformité et de gouvernance en matière de souscription.

**Profile**
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de conformité en assurance.
- Compréhension du cadre réglementaire européen et des principales obligations.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication avec la capacité d'influencer les décideurs.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Le flamand est un avantage.
- Capacité à compiler, analyser et interpréter des informations ainsi qu'à présenter des résultats pour faciliter la prise de décision.
- Capacité à interpréter les exigences réglementaires et à appliquer des politiques et procédures proportionnées.
- Bonne connaissance pratique des produits Microsoft.
- Maîtrise de préférence.
