**Your mission**:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer commitments are met.

Your duties will include:

- Receive and check physical and administrative goods, including communicating non-conformities.
- Process outbound shipments and bookings.
- Prepare all necessary shipment documentation for pickup, such as packlists/CMRs, (pro-forma) invoices, and labels.
- Coordinate pickup requests with forwarders.
- Estimate transportation costs using booking platforms or request transport quotations.
- Monitor the service level of forwarders and initiate non-performance claims when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure order fulfillment administration and customer commitments are met.
- Review customer orders, enter them into SAP, and generate order confirmations.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication for customer (change) orders.
- Report and escalate shipping and order fulfillment issues to mitigate delivery non-performance.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer support, logistics, or shipping roles is a plus plus, ofcourse
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems desirable
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of French and/or Dutch considered a plus
