Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de dienstensector. Je komt terecht in een team van een 15-tal collega's op interne boekhouding en Finance. Het is een bedrijf in volle groei met mooie kantoren. Ze zullen binnenkort ook internationaal actief worden. Flexibiliteit dragen ze hoog in het vaandel: na de opleidingsperiode kan je maximaal 4 dagen per week van thuis werken.
**Als Treasury Assistant sta je in voor volgende taken**:
- Dagelijks inboeken van bankafschriften;
- Je volgt de niet toegekende ontvangsten op en wijst deze correct toe;
- Je punt elke openstaande klant af;
- Je beheert de finance mailbox;
- Je protesteert foutieve aankoopfacturen bij leveranciers;
- Je vraagt ontbrekende facturen op en volgt domicilieringen op;
- Je staat in voor het aanmaken van nieuwe leveranciers;
- Je voert administratieve taken uit ter ondersteuning van Treasury.
**De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je beschikt over een A2 diploma boekhouding en je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen interne boekhouding;
- Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar;
- Talenkennis: Nederlands;
- IT: goede basis Excel;
- Werkattitude: zelfstandig kunnen werken, nauwkeurig zijn.
