- No experience in this field to date? No problem, we’ll whip you into shape in 2 months. Reproducing this knowledge is however an absolute requirement to help launch the next generation of_

**You as trainer**:

- Identify and evaluate current and future requirements in education, both in Mainframe and other fields
- Create a general and individual training and development plan
- Make GAP Analyses around IT Skills
- Create technical manuals in simple language
- Role specific training around tools and programs that are used daily
- Research and recommend learning systems (Interskill, Enterprise)
- Engage students using specific teaching methods (Gamification, )
- Teach new employees how to properly use hard
- and software
- Evaluate every session’s efficiency
- Keep and update the curriculum and materials
- Evaluate company policies around computer usage and cyber security

**Profile**:

- Fluent in Dutch, French, English - any other is a plus
- Experience as a teacher/trainer is essential
- Affinity towards IT
- Superior presentation skills
- Very good people skills
- Penchant for coaching and teaching
