RESPONSIBILITIES

**Your role**

As a **Sales Support **you will be providing the **best sales support** for our external Sales team. You will prepare quotations for our B2B customers and will effectively deal with customer requests.
- You will **provide accurate quotations** for long-term leasing of vehicles/bicycles.
- You will **manage your files from A to Z **and take care of the necessary adjustments and additions.
- You will **analyse customer requests** efficiently and **distribute **them to the right department and the right person.
- You have the capability to work on **transversal projects** and optimize existing working processes.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

**Your profile**
- You have a **bachelor’s degree** in Office Management or Marketing.
- You have at least **2-5 years of proven experience** in the function of **Sales Support**, in the field of mobility solutions is a big plus.
- You are **highly organised** and have strong thinking and reasoning skills.
- You are **customer focused** and able to manage your priorities.
- You are able to deal with **deadlines **and you like to work at a steady pace.
- You are a **team player**, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
- You are a perfect in **French, Dutch** and English (oral as well as written).
