Those solutions are being developed by more than 250 extremely bright consultants, with whom you will closely collaborate.

As a junior Sales Representative you will learn the sales job immediately the right way: informing prospects and guiding them towards the right decision, instead of pushing information in endless cold calls. You build up your relationship with clients by offering an expertise and being an advisor, and that's what it is all about. For clients you're offering an enormous added value, and you're also appreciated for this. Combine this with continuous coaching from a Sales colleague, and you have the ideal elements for a starter position

**Your key areas of responsibility as a Junior Sales Executive**:

- Represent the Orange Business Digital Services brand to uncover needs and opportunities at client accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle to further develop assigned key accounts
- Develop an account strategy in collaboration with a sales colleague for each of the client accounts
- Engage with prospect organizations to position Orange Business offerings
- Develop client and consultant relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners
- Use the CRM system to document and track pipeline of opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Education level: Bachelor or higher (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other)
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- A first experience in sales in a B2B environment or service oriented business is a plus
- Interest in new technologies
