**We are looking for a Statistical Analyst for our client in the Health Sector based in Leuven.**
**Job Description**:
Our company is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions and research. We work closely with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and government agencies to advance medical knowledge and promote public health.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and interpret large and complex healthcare data sets using statistical methods and software
- Develop and maintain statistical models to identify trends and predict outcomes
- Collaborate with research teams to design studies and experiments, and provide statistical support throughout the research process
- Prepare and present reports and visualizations of data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data analytics and provide recommendations for improving analytical capabilities
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in statistical analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Experience with SAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
