Hi We’re Loop. And we make earplugs.

And no, these aren’t the boring kind. The uninspiring, plain, environmentally unfriendly kind. Far from it actually. We’re talking about the iconic, sound-enhancing kind. Where people are free to lose themselves in every moment. At their own volume and in their own style.

Our earplugs aren’t just fashionable though. We place a huge amount of emphasis on creating products that protect your hearing - because you only get two ears, right? That’s why we’re opening up further into active hearing protection - and that’s where you come in.

**You’re our active enabler**

This is a position that focuses on bringing active hearing protection to life. This is a new, exciting value space for Loop - and the first projects are about to start soon - meaning that we need a product manager that can move us forward with confidence, style, and a concrete plan.

You’re a project manager that likes a bit of adventure and is full to the brim with confidence. You know better than anyone how our products can truly empower our customers to live life to the fullest - and that shows through your steadfast belief in the power of new technologies and modern business approaches.

**Your experience rings clear**

Your solid business acumen comes from your vast experience as a brand manager, portfolio manager, product manager, or business analyst - and boy do you love technology.

You know the markets. You know the competitive landscape. And you know exactly what portfolios should be dealt with. In this fast-paced world of ever-changing technology, you know how to get things done. And anything you don’t know yet, you know how to learn.

And if there are two other things that you excel at, it’s these: prioritization and decision-making.

You are a technically-minded business person who’s going to be working closely with our set of in-house engineers. You’re also going to be working closely with our market insights specialist and other internal stakeholders - so there will be a lot of noise flying around - and you’re going to have to pinpoint the important bits and make clear and bold decisions. But that’s where your experience will come in handy - because you’ll be pulling the trigger on some million-dollar projects.

**Your products are your love song**

You’re not one to shy away from taking the lead. You understand the users’ needs, our commercial needs, and our technical capabilities to help create exceptional products that meet the short
- and long-term requirements of both customers and Loop.

But despite all of this, your passion lies with the product. You’re kicking off our first project for our active portfolio; the mix of discovery and delivery includes proposing a realistic market assessment, showing us the dollar-opportunity available, and distilling the requirements to create our first Minimum Lovable Product in the active portfolio.

Innovation will be the game you play, but we still need you to define the rules as well. You’ll be inventive, pragmatic, and help to solidify product management as the link between the commercial and development ends of the business.

**How does it sound so far?**

We may be on to a winner here, but first, there are a couple of non-negotiable requirements that we have:

- You’re confident, have strong presentation skills - both written and verbal - and you’re fluent in English. If you speak any other languages then that would be pretty cool too.
- You’re willing to travel to our Antwerp office. It’s where our team is based and we’re a social bunch.
