**Jouw Functie**:
De Business Intelligence (BI) Expert is verantwoordelijk voor de algehele werking van de onderliggende Business Intelligence en datamanagement processen en tools. Daarnaast zal de Business Intelligence Expert een actieve rol spelen bij de implementatie van nieuwe BI-projecten.

**In samenwerking met je Teamleider werk je aan de algehele exploitatie van Business Intelligence binnen AlphaCredit op Benelux-niveau**:

- Je vertegenwoordigt BI-belangen in commissies en bestuursorganen;
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het interpreteren van de behoeften van afdelingen die met BI werken en deze vertalen naar eisen voor BI-tools en Data Mart (database) ontwikkeling en onderhoud;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen van BI-definities, KPI's, BI-eisen en BI-behoeften, het onderhoud en de verbetering hiervan (= BI-proces);
- Je werkt samen met het lokale Data-team en begeleidt het werk van de IT-teams bij de implementatie van BI-oplossingen in overeenstemming met de strategie van de BNP Paribas-groep voor België en Nederland;
- Je bent als expert medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van BI-projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deze projecten succesvol worden uitgevoerd;
- Je beheert de back-end van het BI-systeem om aan de behoeften van de diensten te voldoen;
- Je begeleidt en valideert de opbouw van nieuwe centrale rapportages en werkt aan de continue verbetering van bestaande rapportages;
- Je traint gebruikers in het gebruik van verschillende BI-tools.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een diploma dat beantwoordt aan de hierboven beschreven verwachtingen of gelijkwaardig aan een diploma handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig, master in managementinformatietechnologie, economie of statistiek;
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met BI-systemen en -processen; ervaring in IBM Cognos is een troef, evenals talen als SQL, DAX (Power BI), Tableau en datamodellering;
- Je hebt een passie voor databeheer en beschikt over goede technische vaardigheden;
- Je hebt zowel technische kennis als goede menselijke relaties;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk), een goede kennis van het Engels is een troef;
- Je hebt ervaring in projectmanagement en hebt meegewerkt aan de realisatie van BI-projecten.
