**Job Description**:
Our GfK Consumer Panel team in Belgium is looking for a Consultant / Team Lead for our Advanced Solutions Team. This team is responsible for multiple solutions within our Consumer Panel portfolio going from data driven advanced analytics on the FMCG purchase behaviour to ad hoc studies diving into numerous shopper related business questions.

Within this function, you will have a double role. On the one hand you are the driving force behind the commercial success of the Belgian AST team. You define the commercial action plan, make sure this plan is rolled out and you steer the team to make sure commercial targets will be reached. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for all projects which are based on our advanced business analytics.

Together with your commercial colleagues of the Key Account Management team you make sure client needs will be detected and the full GfK consumer Panel portfolio will be linked to these needs. You drive business development related actions to grow and expand the AST business which is one of the growth pillars within the international Consumer Panel business.

In close collaboration with the Commercial Lead and the Consumer Panel country Lead you monitor the overall business performance and commercial activities, and you prepare reports for GfK’s global management. You link up with your international AST colleagues to align on strategic initiatives, to share best practices and to develop new initiatives to strengthen the local business.

In short, this role offers an exciting mix of sales activities, creative and analytical thinking, team management, client sparring and professional advising together with local and international stakeholder management.

As an Advanced Solutions Consultant - Team Lead, you will have the following key accountabilities:

- Steer the AST team and realize the commercial targets for the Advanced Solutions portfolio
- Monitor the AST business performance and make sure projects are handled in a profitable way
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the full set of AST solutions.
- Lead all advanced analytics projects
- Find new pockets of growth and develop current client collaborations.
- Contribute to the overall commercial development plan with your commercial colleagues to grow the Belgian Consumer Panel business
- Align with your global counterparts on international client collaborations and new solutions
- Bring thought leadership to the market and to C-suite.
