Atlas Copco Compressor Technique (CT) is at the forefront of the digital transformation within our industry with a strong commitment to digitalisation, innovation and operational excellence. Therefore, strong Enterprise Architecture capabilities are essential to define and drive the technology roadmap for upcoming years based on Business and technology ambitions. We are seeking a talented Enterprise Architect to strengthen the team and further grow and mature the enterprise architecture capability in CT.

**The role**

In this role you will take responsibility and lead initiatives to develop and maintain a holistic overview of the CT business capabilities and IT landscape. You will work closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their objectives and needs, and ensure that new solutions are designed in line with strategic objectives. You will collaborate with colleague enterprise, domain and solution architects to continuously assess the current IT landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the company towards a more simplified and flexible technology and systems landscape.

You will be part of the Compressor Technique Information Systems (CT-IS) architecture team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of architectural and transformation initiatives working closely with senior Business and IT stakeholders to develop strategy and roadmaps.
- Co-develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and guidelines to support our organization's digital transformation objectives.
- Work closely with Program leads, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to ensure that proposed solution designs are fit for purpose and aligned with
- Represent the Enterprise architecture team in IT leadership and boards/councils.
- Support the Programs and Product owners in understanding the risks, dependencies, issues and constraints for work on their roadmaps.
- Be an active member in the wider architecture team and take ownership for architectural topics.
- Co-maintain the CT Application reference architecture: the principles, models, patterns, and standards specific to ERP systems, ensuring alignment with our manufacturing industry requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture and digital transformation within the manufacturing sector.
- Provide expertise in one or more domains such as cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and integration methodologies.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related experience
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep an overview over complexity and details to translate complex business requirements into architectural designs that support digital transformation and ERP implementations.
- You can think abstract, but when required also dive in details to make sure the team delivers the right documentation to make strategic and tactical ‘full impact’ decisions.
- Familiarity with current information management practices and digital/EA frameworks and practices (TOGAF, Archimate,)
- Knowledge of current and emerging IT technologies and their use
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent soft and interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing, communication, facilitation, and teamwork.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
