As a **Clinical Supply Market Analyst**, you will have a central role in our sales organization by enabling, through data, targeted and informed outreach campaigns. This is a new role, so you will have an important lead in developing it.
**What you'll do**:
**Sales enablement**:

- You will support the creation of sales campaigns by researching, formatting and communicating data (about biopharma companies and their trials) that will enable said campaigns
- You will write scripts and train the sales teams on using this data. You will collect feedback and finetune the project over time
- You will learn from Solutions Engineers and collaborate with them on the best market approach for each campaign
- You will strongly collaborate with our VP of Sales to drive Sales KPIs in Salesforce and work with our global sales team enable strong KPIs
- You will survey sales to assess improvement points
- The objective: Increase the conversion rate of prospects into clients_
**Collaboration with other teams**:

- You will collaborate with Marketing to provide relevant data for account-based marketing and use the researched data to build new content (articles, infographics, etc )
- You will support our Customer Success teams with data that will empower them to grow their relationships with their client
- You will research and report on industry trends to keep our sales, consulting and product teams up to date with important topics
- You will build the right processes, documentation and templates to make your work successful
- You will be incentivized to share ideas and innovation that can help grow your job and N-SIDE’s success.

**About you**:
You are recently graduated from Business Engineering, Business economics, Biomedical engineering or another other analytical field and excited to enter the world of clinical trials and learn about this fascinating industry. You see this role as one of the first steps in your career that will help you build knowledge, relationships and ambition. This role will open the doors of multiple growth opportunities in supply chain consulting, sales, marketing or other roles within N-SIDE.
You have an affinity and ambition to develop the following skills:

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (MS Excel, database management)
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Capacity to learn how to navigate databases and research data online
- Capacity to organize important amounts of data in a clear and easy way to use
- Creativity - A lot can be done with the data
- Ambition towards sales or client-facing roles (consulting)

- Independent and proactive project management - You know what you can handle yourself and when to ask for support
- Any knowledge of the clinical trials industry & medical industry is a plus
