As our operations continue to expand, **we are looking for talented and motivated Financial Business Consultants** **in Brussels, Belgium.**
As a distinguished Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in fostering effective communication between stakeholders and IT project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration. Our clients are prominent financial institutions in the BeLux market, involved in a range of financial activities such as Front to Back Trading, Asset Management, Retail Banking, and Insurance. This pivotal position requires a high level of curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements, user needs, and strategic objectives.
- Developing and implementing precise functional test strategies.
- Ensuring that solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and the organisation's overall strategic direction.
- Closely monitoring IT deliveries.
- Providing user support and conducting training sessions for new processes or systems.
- Operating within the Agile methodology framework.

**Salary**: €240.00 - €800.00 per day
