Based in Belgium, you will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery.

- What to expect- You will define, analyse, validate and maintain functional requirements by working constructively in close liaison with team members, and in line with evolving business requirements-
- You will validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions-
- You will create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.-
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.-
- You will provide technical or relevant business knowledge during all phases of the development and resolve complex business problems, recognising technical constraints.-

- Attention to detail in documenting and validating requirements- Hard skills- Deep technical analysis skills, translating business needs into functional requirements with technical orientation/scope-
- Proficiency in data modelling tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN)-
- Knowledge of change-driven methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking), collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) will be an advantage-
- Prior experience with the SwiftNet messaging services (in particular InterAct, FileAct and FIN), will be an advantage-
- Experience with Swift’s products and services and/or experience in relevant payments/fintech industry will be an advantage (ISO20022)-
- Knowledge of Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH) - related technologies & use cases will be a strong advantage-
- Knowledge of XML will be a strong advantage-
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)- Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience- Minimum 4-5 years in a similar capacity, ideally in a software development environment-
- Knowledge/Experience in Agile processes will be an advantageWhat we offer-
