Abstractive zoekt een business consultant om mee te groeien met ons bedrijf. Jouw rol bestaat erin projecten voor onze klanten te begeleiden als functioneel Odoo expert. Je wordt de contactpersoon voor zowel jouw klanten als je collega ontwikkelaars. Je begeleidt de klant en het technische team van intakegesprek tot eindoplevering.

Door middel van regelmatig overleg en workshops breng je de behoeften en bestaande processen en systemen van de klant in kaart en adviseer je de klant om op optimale wijze gebruik te maken van onze software.

Ons doel is de productiviteit van onze klanten te verhogen door Odoo als all-in-one-oplossing aan te bieden. Als expert configureren we Odoo op maat van het bedrijf, ontwikkelen we bedrijfsspecifieke modules en integreren we Odoo met andere softwarepakketten.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?****:

- Je luistert naar de klant, je analyseert zijn noden en je zoekt de beste oplossing voor de uitbouw van zijn Odoo-bedrijfssoftware.
- Je verzorgt demo’s bij de klanten die gericht zijn op hun verwachtingen.
- Je onderzoekt de mogelijkheden om koppelingen te maken met bestaande pakketten en portals van de klant.
- Met duidelijke opdrachten informeer je dan onze developers die de software op maat van de klant zullen ontwikkelen.
- Je zorgt dat de afgesproken budgetten en tijdslimieten worden gerespecteerd.
- Het resultaat test je degelijk. Jij bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de kwalitatieve afwerking van een product dat beantwoordt aan de vraag van de klant.
- Je helpt de eindgebruikers bij de ingebruikname van het nieuwe pakket.

**Jouw profiel****:

- Bij voorkeur beschik je over een hoger diploma (handelswetenschappen, TEW, handelsingenieur, ICT,...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt gestructureerd. Je weet waar de prioriteiten liggen.
- Je begrijpt hoe onze maatoplossingen de klanten voordelen kunnen bieden.
- Je bent zeer communicatief, zowel naar klanten toe als naar de developers.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in IT project management of als business analyst, zijn een troef.
- Ervaring met Odoo implementaties is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van boekhouding en/of ervaring met ERP-systemen.
- Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels.
