**Functie**:
De Project Coordinator zal voor de toegewezen stad het city team aansturen voor de uitrol van een fiber netwerk in de verschillende fiberhoods van de desbetreffende stad. Je houdt de behoeften van de klant, de stad en het bedrijf steeds in evenwicht rekening houdend met het vooropgestelde budget en de planning.

**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je coördineert en stemt alle activiteiten die deel uitmaken van het ganse traject met de verschillende betrokken partijen. Concreet ben je hierbij verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de site survey activiteiten, het design, GIPOD dossier, de vergunningsaanvragen, opvolging werken en eind oplevering. Je vormt dus de fundamentele schakel tussen klant en partners.
- Je maakt een duidelijke planning waarin alle componenten zitten opgenomen, hiermee hou je rekening met verschillende factoren. Op basis van deze planning gaan de collega's uit jouw team verder aan de slag.
- Je stemt frequent af met jouw team van MDU coordinators, work planners, werftoezichters. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen in het team goed meedraait om samen de oplevering van de werken te garanderen.
- Je volgt de voortgang van het project goed op. Je rapporteert over deze voortgang, de planning en risico’s van het project intern en met de klant. Je fungeert voor de diverse partijen als een SPOC.
- Je documenteert zelf indien nodig of borgt dat de projectdocumentatie wordt opgemaakt. Dit gaat van de as builts, facturen en offertes etc.
- Je interageert frequent met stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie (klant, stedelijke diensten). Je bewaakt deze samenwerking en zorgt voor het respecteren van afspraken conform de timing, budget etc.

**Vereisten**:
**De ideale kandidaat**:
Je hebt ervaring met **aansturen van een uitvoerend** team waarbij je een natuurtalent bent in het **motiveren** van mensen om samen een hecht team uit te bouwen. Met de verschillende belanghebbenden communiceer je vlot waarbij je staat bent jouw **boodschap aan te passen** aan de doelgroep. Je beschikt over een grote mate van **flexibiliteit** te zijn op het gebied van locatie en om met veranderingen om te gaan zonder het uiteindelijke doel uit het oog te verliezen
- Je hebt kennis en/of ervaring van civiele-, nuts
- of glasvezelwerken, waarbij je reeds in een gelijkaardige functie hebt meegedraaid.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd in een complexe coördinerende project management-omgeving.
- Je kan zeer vlot werken met de toepassingen van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Je hebt reeds kennis opgebouwd in één van volgende activiteiten: uitvoeren van survey’s van civiele trajecten en gebouwen, design (engineering) taken, GIPOD, vergunningsprocessen aangevuld met sterk project
- & stakeholder management.
