Comment pouvez-vous faire la différence ?- En tant que Strategic Data Analyst, centré sur le développement et la coordination de modèles économiques, vous contribuez à l’élaboration des grands choix stratégiques de la SNCB. Vous pilotez des études de benchmark de haut niveau, ainsi que d’autres études quantitatives et qualitatives, lesquelles viennent également soutenir et orienter les choix stratégiques de la SNCB.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- Vous contribuez au développement du contenu et à la cohérence de l’ensemble des modèles stratégiques de la SNCB, ces derniers étant essentiels à l’amélioration continue de sa performance opérationnelle et financière.
- Vous contribuez en particulier au développement du modèle de prévision des flux de déplacement des voyageurs entre les gares et à bord des trains, ainsi qu’au modèle soutenant les choix à faire en matière de stratégie industrielle (c’est-à-dire notamment le dimensionnement du parc de matériel roulant et l’organisation de la maintenance de celui-ci).
- Vous réalisez des études quantitatives et qualitatives sur base d'analyses (socio-) économiques des activités ferroviaires ou de transport de manière plus générale, ainsi que sur d’autres sujets stratégiques plus spécifiques.
- Vous réalisez des benchmark pour comparer la SNCB à d'autres opérateurs. Pour ce faire, vous collectez et analysez les KPI commerciaux, opérationnels et financiers, et identifiez les meilleures pratiques pour les activités principales d'un opérateur ferroviaire.
- Vous suivez les grandes tendances qui influencent la demande de transport de passagers, dans le secteur ferroviaire en particulier, et vous intégrez ces tendances dans vos analyses et modèles.
- Vous communiquez votre méthodologie, vos hypothèses et vos résultats à vos collègues de la SNCB et à d'autres partenaires.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en ingénieur de gestion, sciences-économiques (appliquées) ou sciences (appliquées) avec une spécialisation en mathématiques / statistiques / analyse de données / méthodes quantitatives.
Vous possédez les compétences suivantes:
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des méthodes d'analyse multi-variées ;
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance orale et écrite du néerlandais et de l’anglais ;
- Vous disposez d'une faculté de raisonnement analytique très solide et êtes orienté.e solution ;
- Vous avez la soif d’apprendre et communiquez aisément ;
- Vous aimez travailler dans un contexte transversal, de manière autonome ou en équipe ;
- Vous êtes flexible et vous adaptez facilement en fonction des besoins du projet et des personnes impliquées.
