**Je functie**:
Als data governance lead
- Je ontwerpt een passende data governance-organisatie voor Solidaris.
- Je ontwerpt data governance processen.
- Je implementeert de data govnernance processen.
- Je coacht de mensen die een nieuwe rol of functie krijgen in de Data Governance organisatie tot het punt dat ze zelfstandig kunnen functioneren.
- Je managet de verandering die gepaard gaat met de introductie van Data Governance.
- Je definieert vereisten voor technische oplossingen ter ondersteuning van Data Governance.
- Je werkt samen met de data stewards en IT aan een data kwaliteitskader.
- Je werkt samen met de data owners en data stewards om business definities op te stellen.
- Je doet de conceptuele modellering van business concepten en hun samenhang.
- Je werkt samen met de data engineers om de business concepten te vertalen naar BI weergaven.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de data catalog en de business glossary.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toegangsbeheer en organisatie van de verschillende dataproducten op het data platform en de rapporteringstool.
- Je bent voorzitter van het Steward Chapter.
- Je vertaalt de Data Governance doelstellingen naar een data governance roadmap als onderdeel van de datastrategie roadmap.
- Je rapporteert aan de “Head of Data”.

**Je profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een diploma master met mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in data governance.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met conceptuele modellering.
- Je bent in staat om abstract te de denken en conceptuele modellen te ontwikkelen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken met een business glossary.
- Je hebt ervaring in het werken met JIRA.
- Je hebt ervaring in een dienstverlenende organisatie, met grootschalige data
- en/of projectmanagement
- en toezichtervaring.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring in data-gerelateerde projecten (data governance, data quality en/of master data management).
- Je bent waarde-gericht en wil zo snel mogelijk waarde creëren voor de business.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- De GDPR-wetgeving is voor jou geen onbekende en je kan deze toepassen op de processen in de organisatie.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Frans.

**Je werkomgeving**:
De informatica-afdeling van Solidaris bestaat uit een 200-tal IT-ers die toepassingen ontwikkelen voor alle aangesloten ziekenfondsen, hun loketten (800) en binnendiensten, verspreid over heel België. Deze toepassingen worden gebruikt door meer dan 3500 personen en maken dagelijks ongeveer 4 miljoen transacties mogelijk.
