Pour l'un de ses clients, **Robert Half** est à la recherche active d'un **Training Administrator (h-f-x) **parlant parfaitement l'anglais et ayant une bonne connaissance du français.

Notre client est une société active dans la **technologie médicale** et leader sur le marché. Il travaille à l'international et est situé proche de Wavre et de Louvain-la-Neuve.

En tant que** Training Administrator (h-f-x) **vous occupez un rôle clé dans la coordination, la planification et la mise en œuvre des formations au sein de l'entreprise.
- vous collaborez avec les différents départements afin d'identifier les **besoins en formation** pour l'ensemble du personnel, situé en Belgique ou à l'étranger ;
- vous concevez des **programmes de formation** en fonction des objectifs fixés ;
- vous élaborez un calendrier de formation et tenant compte des disponibilités des employés et intervenants ;
- vous gérez les salles de formation et veillez aux **aspects logistiques** : équipement, matériel pédagogique,;
- vous **communiquez** avec les collaborateurs sur les opportunités de formation disponibles et en collaboration avec les responsables ;
- vous mettez en place un **plan d'évaluation** des formations et analyser les retours ;
- vous suivez les **budgets** alloués aux formations.

Les critères clés pour cette fonction de **Training Administrator (h-f-x) **sont les suivants:

- ** bilinguisme anglais-français**: ceci n'est pas un critère négociable ;
- ** une première expérience en gestion de formations est un must **;
- une très bonne **maitrise des outils informatiques** ;
- une** excellente capacité en matière de communication et d'organisation** ;
- la polyvalence et la rigueur sont vos maitres mots ;
- une capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements ;
- de compétences administratives solides.
