**Description de l'organisation**: Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons un **Project Manager spécialisé en sidérurgie**.

**Vos tâches en tant que Project Manager**:

- Rapporter les suivis directement au Business Unit Manager.
- Fournir le suivi organisationnel, financier, humain et technique du chantier en veillant à la sécurité et à l’obtention des marges fixées par votre Direction.
- Assurer l’encadrement de votre équipe et être un réel appui technique et humain aux conducteurs, chefs de chantiers et brigadiers dans la réalisation de leurs tâches.
- Participer au travail quotidien de vos équipes si besoin.
- Être l’interlocuteur principal du client et créer auprès de lui un vrai climat de confiance.
- Suivre les commandes sur le plan budgétaire et celui des indicateurs journaliers.
- Veiller à l’obtention des couvertures de risques, à la facturation et aux paiements.
- Développer de nouveaux projets au sein du site.
- Vous avez une casquette commerciale vous permettant de mettre en avant tous les services et savoir-faire.
- Réaliser les études, les offres de prix et le suivi des chantiers en forfait.

**Notre offre**:

- Diplômé d’un BAC+3 ou BAC+5 en **maintenance industrielle **ou** construction métallique**.
- Une expérience probante de **minimum 5 ans** en tant que **Project Manager** dans le secteur de la **sidérurgie**.
- Maîtrise de la suite Office et **MS Project**.
- Vous avez votre **VCA cadre**.
- Vous êtes un leader né.
- Vous savez créer et entretenir la cohésion d’équipe.
- Vous avez un sens aiguisé de la communication et êtes orienté client.
- Vous êtes axé sécurité et vous trouvez rapidement des solutions avec l’appui de vos équipes.
