Sabena Engineering & SABCA are part of a unique industrial ecosystem in the Belgian aerospace industry which is owned by Sabena Aerospace (holding company) and by the Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissements (SFPI/FPIM).

You will be part of our finance department as an AP and AR accountant at Sabena Engineering level. The position comes with various tasks and possibilities for growth within the department and the Orizio group.

**Your responsibilities**
- Participate in all tasks related to supplier and client accounting
- Accounting entries : sales and purchases invoices;
- G/L reconciliation;
- Follow-up customers and suppliers queries.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Collaborate with procurement department to identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders via mail and meetings (business, financial controllers, etc).
- Participate in the improvement and optimization of the accounting processes and procedures.

**Your profile**
- degree in accounting or equivalent trough experience.
- of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- attitude, driven and passionate about work
- verbal and written communication skills in French. English and Dutch are a plus.
- attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- to multitask and handle requests from various internal and external collaborators.
- to identify process issues and follow-up on resolution.
- with Microsoft Office.
- with accounting software, preferably SAP ECC6 or S4Hana.
