Wij zoeken een **Planner/Community Builder **(M/V/X)

**OVER RADARWERK**

Radarwerk is een full service crew agency voor event professionals, gelegen in het centrum van Antwerpen, maar binnenkort openen we een nieuw kantoor in Gent

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in personeelsmanagement en -administratie van jobstudenten en flexi-medewerkers op festivals en evenementen in heel Vlaanderen. Wij bouwen aan een community van gedreven Radarwerkers. Door middel van een goede screening, planning en coaching leveren we gemotiveerde teams onder leiding van ervaren Teamcoaches. Wij halen al het potentieel uit onze crew naar boven en ondersteunen organisaties via duidelijke communicatie en een flexibele aanpak bij al hun personeelsbehoeften. Zo zorgen we samen voor een succesvolle realisatie van elk project.

**FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING**

Radarwerk opent een tweede kantoor in Gent

We zoeken een energieke, enthousiaste multitasker (M/V/X) die de projectplanningen mee in goede banen gaat leiden en daarnaast meehelpt om de Radar community te versterken en uit te breiden.

Samen met de vaste planners uit Antwerpen vorm je het planningsteam. Het is je taak om onze poule (bestaande uit studenten, fleximedewerkers en freelancers) te contacteren aan de hand van een planningstool en hen vervolgens te plaatsen op diverse festivals en evenementen in heel Vlaanderen (vooral Oost-Vlaanderen & West-Vlaanderen). Als een echte matchmaker streef je hierbij naar de juiste indeling voor elk project, waarbij de wensen van alle betrokken partijen zoveel mogelijk vervuld worden. Met andere woorden, de volledige planning van A tot Z zal jouw verantwoordelijkheid zijn.

Je bouwt een goede band op met zowel onze crew als ons klantenbestand en zorgt voor een vloeiende workflow. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je kan multitasken en steeds een goed overzicht van alle lopende projecten kan behouden.

Samen met de Zaakvoerder zorg je voor een goede opstart in Gent. Je bent samen verantwoordelijk voor de instroom van studenten en fleximedewerkers rond Oost-Vlaanderen en West-Vlaanderen. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met medewerkers en verwerkt dit via ons digitaal platform. Door mensgerichte vaardigheden en je interviewtechnieken kom jij vlot de talenten van de sollicitanten te weten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle sollicitanten, volgt de vragen op en zorgt ervoor dat de werking duidelijk is bij de kandidaten.

Het grootste deel van de workload zal voornamelijk in de zomerperiode vallen, wanneer de meeste festivals en evenementen plaatsvinden. Er is voldoende ruimte om dit in de rustige periodes te compenseren.

- Je hebt duidelijke affiniteit met de eventsector en people management (door middel van ervaring en/of opleiding)
- Jouw telefoon is als het ware met jouw hand vergroeid, want je vindt het fantastisch om de hele dag met allerlei mensen te contacteren
- Een planning rond krijgen geeft jou een zalig gevoel
- Je kan mensen en situaties goed inschatten en aanvoelen
- Je bruist van energie en kan niet wachten om dit in de praktijk in te zetten
- Met je enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht motiveer jij anderen
- Je hebt een positieve (werk)mentaliteit en houdt van sociaal contact
- Je bent flexibel en pakt elke uitdaging aan
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden
- Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
- Zowel in een team als zelfstandig functioneer je erg goed
- Je bent in staat structuur in de chaos te brengen
- Je voelt je comfortabel bij dynamische deadlines
- Je bent creatief als het op probleemoplossend denken aankomt
- Je kan beginnen vanaf 1 februari
