We are looking for an HR Responsible who can help the organization to grow while keeping people first in mind

Goal of the HR Responsible is to put people first in all business decisions and provide the means to engage employees from hire to retirement - providing development opportunities and help individuals to find a fulfilling career - ensure a work environment where employees can thrive while acting as one of the gatekeepers for our OTF values

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and help executing HR initiatives driven by management (eg. employee journey, employer branding, retention and reward programs)
- Revise and distribute HR policies, procedures, guidelines, implement FAQ documents
- Handle payroll administration (including fleet management) and work closely with external payroll partner
- Create and distribute internal HR communications
- Fulfill talent needs and collaborate with our in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for a smooth hiring process
- Process HR documents eg. offers and employment contracts
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Support employee training and development programs
- Monitor performance-review-execution by line manager
- Monitor personnel morale and company culture
- Resolve conflicts and guide disciplinary and grievance issues
- Identify and retain key talent, manage succession planning eg. employee risk assessments and forecast hiring needs
- Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel records according to employment status and salary changes, policy, and legal requirements
- Support the development of employee compensation and benefits packages
- Stay up-to-date and comply with HR trends, best practices, and labor legislation
- Liaise and negotiate with external partners eg. legal council
- Process employees’ HR related queries, delegate and respond in a timely manner

**Are you the one?**

- Proven experience as HR officer, generalist, administrator, or other relevant HR position
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR fields (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field

**Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Superb computer literacy - proficient in MS Office in particular; knowledge of HRMS/HRIS/ATS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Time-management skills with an ability to organize important projects and comfortable under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal (phone and in-person) and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in ENG is a must
