'¢ Je vertaalt vragen van de collega's naar de juiste **analyse
- en visualisatietechnieken.**
'¢ Je bouwt zelfstandig aan de heilige graal van marketing: een model dat de **toegevoegde waarde van marketing **weergeeft en kan voorspellen.
'¢ Je onderzoekt de **optimale kanaalmix **voor onze campagnes
'¢ Je **analyseert **de marketing automationcampagnes en zoekt naar **verbeteringen van bestaande flows **, soms schrijf je scripts om interessante doelgroepen te selecteren
'¢ Je helpt om nog beter aan de slag te gaan met klantfeedback door **analyse van het marktonderzoek **via onder andere taalmodellen en driveranalyses.
'¢ Je zoekt naar **samenwerkingen over directies heen **en stelt verbeteringen voor.

'¢ Je bent analytisch, innovatief en hebt een groot synthesevermogen. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke communicatievaardigheden.
'¢ Je kan doorzetten, ook wanneer je zelf moet meebouwen aan de verbetering van de datakwaliteit.
'¢ Je trekt nu eens projecten, werkt dan weer in teamverband en soms zelfstandig.
'¢ Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in een kwantitatieve richting, zoals handelsingenieur, econometrie, statistiek'¦ of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
'¢ Je hebt bij voorkeur een kennis van marketing of wil er minstens alles van leren kennen
'¢ Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een functie met een focus op data en bent in staat om uit een grote hoeveelheid aan data de juiste informatie te halen.
'¢ Je verruimt graag je kennis met trends in marketinganalyses en zoekt naar maatstaven in en buiten de sector.
'¢ Je hebt een goede kennis van SQL en Python en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Databricks, Sparks en met werken op Cloud omgevingen (zoals Amazon AWS en/of Azure)
