We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join our team. As a Functional Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, defining business objectives, and designing solutions that meet the needs of clients. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the Uni Systems team and collaborate with clients across a variety of industries.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- Work with stakeholders to define business objectives and requirements
- Develop functional specifications and use cases
- Conduct analysis to identify gaps and risks in the requirements
- Work with the technical team to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on best practices and solutions
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field + 13 years of related experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on functional analysis
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
