Onze klant is een grote fietsenproducent. Ze produceren race fietsen en fietsen voor off-road gebruik en zetten sterk in op innovatie en ontwikkeling. Nog steeds kennen ze een sterke groei en zijn ze veel bezig met duurzaamheid.
Als Operations Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de dagdagelijkse activiteiten. Je overziet de gehele productie en stuurt samen met afdelingsverantwoordelijken 80 productiemedewerkers aan. Je werkt dagelijks met verschillende afdelingen samen om alle neuzen in dezelfde richting te krijgen. Hierbij draag je veiligheid, efficiëntie, structuur, goede sfeer en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel. Ten slotte verzorg je ook het ontwikkelingsproces en implementatie van nieuwe producten.

- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Ervaring met Supply Chain en General Management
- Ervaring met het managen van een KMO
- Leidinggevende vaardigheden
- Sterke communicatie skills
