QA Specialist

I am working with a clinical research organization based in **Ghent, Belgium** dedicated to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care through high-quality clinical trials which are recruiting for a **QA Co-ordinator.**

You will be responsible for managing and improving the Quality Management System and identifying quality needs for continuous improvement of the quality of the services delivered.

Please note this position is 60%-80% FTE of €4,000-€4,500 per month

**You will be responsible for**:

- Set up, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System
- Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and adaptation of Quality Documents
- Organise internal audits, host audits from clients, and follow up on audit results and the agreed CAPA plan
- Keep an overview of critical vendors, assist in the selection and regular evaluation

**You will bring the following**:

- A life science degree or equivalent
- Experience working in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) environment and excellent knowledge of the regulations involved with this
- Working knowledge of Internal, Vendor, and Quality Audits is preferred
- Must be Dutch and English speaking
