**Main Responsibilities**
- Maximize sales potential
- Champion the delivery of the customer experience throughout the store
- Model, enhance and coach all selling and sales support behaviors
- Demonstrate excellent Customer Sales Lead behaviors and be able to assume
- Provide customer feedback and Sales Associate Observations to Store Manager and make recommendations regarding effectiveness of action plans
- Understand, adhere to and coach visual merchandising & marketing strategies and presentation standards
- Support the implementation of store processes and procedures
- Adhere to policies in place to manage controllable expenses
- Support managing inventory
- Consistently conducts Sales Associate Observations and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure quality execution of Learning & Development tools/programs

**Experience**
- 3+ years sales experience in a similar senior role
- Capable to access talent, coach, develop and manage performance
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Proven ability to conduct effective store walk-through’s
