Join this traineeship and get to know everything about the agile way of working while learning how to manage a scrum project.

Discover the agile world - Scrum Master.** Product Owner. Agile way of working. You will learn everything there is to know about the agile way of working.

Become a scrum master.** During your traineeship you will learn everything to become a scrum master. The new way of project management but following the scrum methodology.

Drive change.** We’re looking at you to set the example and drive change. One step at the time. And we’ve got the coaching and training to help you make it happen.

Grow as a future manager.** Every day on the job. And with more than 20 days of training and a personal coach. With a lot of attention for people skills, tech, data and digital.
- **
Land at Euroclear.** Is there life after the traineeship? Absolutely. The goal is to become a Scrum Master at Euroclear at the end of your traineeship.
**How special are you? **Do the test.
- **
You have a master’s degree. **Any master, actually. With maximum 3 years work experience.
- **
You are a tech, data or digital savvy. **Then you’re in for a treat. And a lot of learning too during our bootcamps hosted by experts.
- **
You love being part of change **or driving change for that matterAnd are patient when getting other people on board.
- **
You say yes, fluently. **No matter what language you speak at home or among friends, English (level C1) is a piece of cake.
- **
You are curious (relentlessly). **You want to know everything about as many things as possible. And if you don’t know it, you want to learn it. Comfort zones are a joke to you.
