**Cyber Security Senior Automation Specialist

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in various areas of:
ü Latest Virtualization Technologies and Operating Systems
ü Implementation and troubleshooting Infrastructure Failover Clusters (VMware and Microsoft)
ü Latest Server, Storage, Client and Infrastructure Networking hardware technologies
ü Recent practical experience in maintaining Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, ADFS/WAP environments
ü Practical experience of the Design, Deployment and Administration of SAML based Identify Provider
ü Practical experience with Directory, Identity and Access Management consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and Forests
ü Expert experience in securing and managing Active Directory topologies and Kerberos authentication
ü Enterprise Systems Management services, methods and tools (i.e. SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM);
ü Configuration management practices and tools
- Knowledge of ITIL IT service management model
- Experience and applied knowledge of Service Transition
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- Maintains SharePoint and ADFS server farms for the DCIS environment
- Analyses vulnerability reports, proposes and implements mitigations following the Agency change management procedures
- Performs fault diagnosis using the IT and Data Management Services Management System
- Responsible for the delivery of 3rd level technical support for IT and Data Management Services in DCIS
- Carries out routine maintenance of IT and Data Management Services infrastructure, management appliances and other NATO IT and Data Management Services equipment
- Completes any changes to the system documentation
- Completes backups and restores of IT and Data Management Services devices
- Performs remote fault diagnosis on IT and Data Management Services as required
