We are currently seeking an experienced Network Performance & Insights Manager to join our Service Logistics team. This pivotal role is responsible for aligning operational processes with business objectives in accordance with our Global Network Management standards, thereby driving enhanced performance and customer satisfaction.

Preferred location is our office in Diegem.

**Your job as a Network Performance & Insights Manager**

Performance & Insights Management:

- Set up strong performance culture within DHL Service Logistics’ European, Middle East & African vendor organization (140+ Suppliers: Express, DSC, Freight, 3rd Party,..) and manage the complex mix of data
- Accountable for reviewing Performance Service Delivery KPI trends of our operational network.
- Execute performance follow-up hypercare for new business implementations
- Operating within Quality Management System procedures and requirements
- Building relationships with all stakeholder groups (Partners in Country, SL Network Management, regional functions, SL Customer Service, SL Operations ) ensuring they have clear visibility on performance issues in their area of control
- Facilitating cross functional forums to discuss structural issues. Present recommendations and drive decisions for improvement

Operational Continuous Improvement:

- Responsible for maintaining issue log, grouping, prioritization, assigns issues for resolution, as well as define, initiate and project manage operational improvement initiatives and delivering them on time and to budget
- Responsible for project managing Network Improvement projects, Change Requests and new customer/vendor implementations for the NSG Network workstream.
- Leverage relevant techniques (e.g. Data Science/analytics/modeling) to review the efficiency of SL Operational Warehouse setup.
- Jointly deploy models into production with data/software engineer
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations for improving inventory management, optimizing warehouse locations, streamlining transportation routes, or adjusting network configurations.
- Ability to read, translate & visualize the complex operational data through visualization models (eg. Power BI) and link to operational processes. Analyze data and provide conclusions, supporting strategic decisions, service optimization and performance improvement
- Own the design, development pipeline of scalable solutions for KPI metric monitoring & Operational insight creation
- Use statistical techniques, data mining, predictive modeling and/or machine learning to create new, scalable analysis for business problems
- Project Manage Improvement projects from start to finish

**Requirements for the Job**:

- Technology Proficiency: familiarity with relevant modelling tools and technologies in Operational Performance Management & data analysis
- Data Analysis & Metrics creation: proficiency in analyzing data metrics & experience in developing and implementing measurement systems
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement within operational workflows
- Project Management skills
- Process improvement skills: Process improvement qualification or relevant experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong foundation in data analysis, performance measurement and process improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
