**LE CONTEXTE**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un nouveau** Head of pour notre département Mainframe Services** pour participer à la définition de la vision et de la stratégie Mainframe de l'entreprise.

**VOTRE MISSION**

En tant que **Head of Mainframe Services**, vous supervisez et coordonnez le département Mainframe services, soutenu par une équipe de managers.

Vous êtes responsable des performances et résultats de celui-ci, vis-à-vis de la Direction, des clients internes et externes.

De plus, vous êtes responsable du développement et de la meilleure utilisation des ressources humaines, techniques, financières et informationnelles qui lui sont confiées en cohérence avec la stratégie et les politiques de NRB.

Dans ce cadre, **vos responsabilités** sont de:

- décider des **orientations et priorités stratégiques** et les déploier au travers d'objectifs cohérents qui répondent aux besoins des clients et des collaborateurs, en lien avec la stratégie de NRB et les opportunités et contraintes du marché
- piloter le résultat **Profit & Lost **(P&L), des investissements ou des programmes d'économies / dépenses clés (respect des budgets, maitrise des coûts standards)
- ** développer **le potentiel de vos **équipes et collaborateurs,** en collaboration avec votre HR Business Partner
- développer leur responsabilité, coacher, susciter l'engagement, le feedback, la formation, la reconnaissance, la communication...
- identifier les risques de votre périmètre, proposer et mettre en place les mesures pour les mitiger, notamment en matière de rétention des talents
- définir, arbitrer les priorités et allouer les ressources
- définir les **business plans** pour les investissements nécessaires à l’exercice de vos activités, avec votre partenaire financiern et les défendre auprès du Comité de Direction de façon à obtenir une décision
- être responsable de la** satisfaction du client** et de la bonne exécution des contrats
- organiser le pilotage E2E et l’**amélioration continue** des processus et de leurs interfaces pour créer de la valeur, satisfaire les clients et les autres parties prenantes, garantir leurs efficacité et conformité notamment pour répondre au Comité d'audit
- décliner un système d**’indicateurs** pour évaluer et rendre compte de l’ensemble des résultats sur toutes les dimensions pertinentes en lien avec le plan stratégique et la Balanced Score Card de NRB
- identifier, anticiper et gérer les risques
- participer aux activités presales d'un projet
- arbitre le choix des partenaires stratégiques
- piloter la veille technologique et prendre les décisions d’innovation, en intégrant leurs impacts sur les autres Directions ou Divisions
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le p**ilotage de larges équipes IT pluridisciplinaires** et de minimum 8 ans dans les métiers du **développement IT ou de l'infrastructure IT**:

- Vous faites preuve de **leadership participatif**, vos qualités sont reconnues dans le développement et la communication d’une vision stratégique visant à inspirer et impliquer les collaborateurs. Proche de vos collaborateurs et impliqué dans les projets opérationnels, vous présentez les caractéristiques suivantes:
