**Job brief**:
You will be part of the Support & Operations team and you will be the key contact within the team to own-chargeback knowledge. Your main tasks will be to process issuing and acquiring disputes for credit and debit cards payments. You will be also responsible for facilitating the research, resolution and acquiring the dispute handling skills of payment related dispute claims.

**Development and Implementation**:
- You manage issuing and acquiring chargeback either via our partners or direct in direct contact with the Schemes. You'll be using multiple issuing and acquiring channels and tools
- You are the central point of chargeback operations and knowledge and will have the support of other team members when necessary
- You will be communicating with issuing and acquiring partners in order to train and guide them in their relations with
cardholders and/or merchants
- You will review and analyze chargeback data received from customers, financial institutions, or payment processors and leverage schemes dispute resolution rules to determine actions to be taken, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to required deadlines
- Identify trends and patterns including fraud in chargeback activity to proactively address potential issues and improve overall chargeback process and performance
**✨ Qualifications and skills**:
- You have a bachelor
- You speak English and French/or Dutch
- You have experience in chargeback or payments or finance or revenue accounting (1-3 years of experience is an asset)
- You are rigorous and conscientious
- You have an eye for details and like to work in an efficient manner
