Dan ben jij misschien wel de Support deskundige IT waarnaar wij op zoek zijn
Als support deskundige IT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan gebruikers binnen de organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het oplossen van IT-gerelateerde problemen en het verstrekken van technische hulp via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je analyseert en diagnosticeert problemen, biedt oplossingen aan of neemt indien nodig contact op met partners of leveranciers.
**Functieinhoud**:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij IT gerelateerde vragen.
- Je registreert en volgt inkomende meldingen op van de helpdesk.
- Je analyseert probleemsituaties of probleemmeldingen en biedt zo snel mogelijk een oplossing.
- Bij frequent voorkomende problemen werk je een algemene oplossing uit.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers de nodige IT-middelen ter beschikking hebben.
- Je zorgt voor de correcte registratie, configuratie en uitrol van eindgebruikersaccounts en bijbehorende IT-middelen (Desktops, Laptops, Telefoons en smartphones).
- Je helpt mee bij het opstellen van gebruikersinstructies en denkt mee over verbetervoorstellen om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren.
- Je staat mee in voor het beheer van de IT-omgeving en het onderhoud van soft
- en hardware.
- Je zorgt voor een heldere communicatie, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bewaart het overzicht over de doelstellingen en vooruitgangen van jouw lopende projecten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de ITIL methodieken en past deze toe in je dagelijkse activiteiten.

- Je bezit een grondige kennis van IT en kan je eigen maken in verschillende soft
- en hardware-toepassingen.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer met een stevige dosis communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent klantgericht en helpt mensen graag verder.
- Je bent een echte initiatiefnemer en gaat graag een uitdaging aan.
- Elk probleem zie jij als een uitdaging om een nieuwe oplossing te vinden.
Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een houder van een graduaat
- of bachelorsdiploma.
Een diploma in een IT-gerelateerde opleiding en/of ervaring binnen IT support is een meerwaarde
**Aanbod**:

We bieden een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur aan. Je salaris voldoet aan de vooropgestelde barema’s voor deze functie. Je start op salarisschaal B1-B3 en je brutoloon zal zich maandelijks tussen de 2.971.45€ en 4.955.26 € situeren, berekend op basis van je werkervaring.
