To strengthen our **Chemical Operations department**, we are looking for a talented colleague to fill the position of**:Production Technical Coordinator - Braine L’Alleud**.

**About the role**:
You will coordinate the maintenance activities within the MCC (Multi-Column Continuous Chromatography) Production unit with Technical teams, Engineering, IT and Site Facilities.

It covers all the equipment, utilities and premises for the MCC Production unit.

You will organize and follow-up for equipment and premises, the maintenance, technical support and metrology activities.

It ranges from the day to day follow-up of repair and maintenance tasks, to the full optimization of maintenance processes. It implies the participation to technical projects oriented towards the equipment and premises improvement.

**You will work with**:
You will act as the single point of contact between the production and technical teams. You will also collaborate with quality assurance and qualification departments.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate day to day maintenance and repair activities
- Be the single point of contact for the MCC Production unit
- Coach teams on equipments specificities and proper operations
- Review equipment in database SAP
- Monitor in collaboration with technical warehouse, spare parts and consumables inventories and replenishment processes
- Participate to CAPEX invest plan
- Propose adjustment of frequencies and tasks of maintenance
- Follow-up and analyze maintenance, utilities and supplies expenses to optimize costs
- Inform MCC production team on equipment status and maintenance progress
- Propose equipment and premises modifications to improve existing assets
- Edit and follow-up change control documentation and CAPA
- Participate to technical investigations
- Act as planner of the shutdown activities of the department

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills**:

- You have a bachelor and/or master’s degree
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in process equipment maintenance
- A previous experience in a regulated industry is an asset
- You have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering
- You have a practical experience on maintenance / warehouse management software (SAP PM, ) and Microsoft Office
- You are fluent in French with basics skills in English
- You are a natural leader, assertive and able to interact with peers of support departments
- You are strongly safety minded
- Green belt certification is an asset
