**FUNCTIE**:
Als reisagent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de reisaanvragen en volledige afhandeling van zakenreizen (vluchten, hotels, treinen, huurwagens, verzekeringen,). Je verleent reisinformatie, formuleert voorstellen en biedt offertes aan, waarbij je gebruik maakt van geavanceerde technologische systemen op vlak van reservatie en communicatie. Je draagt zorg voor een optimale dienstverlening aan onze diverse zakenrelaties en hun reizigers, en je beheert op autonome wijze een klantenportefeuille van bedrijven en organisaties die trouw zijn aan onze uitzonderlijke dienstverlening en flexibiliteit.

**PROFIEL**:

- Bachelor Toerisme/Travel of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met relevante expertise in de reiswereld
- Kennis van reservatie & ticketing via CRS/GDS
- Vlotte talenkennis
- Klantvriendelijkheid en een positieve commerciële ingesteldheid zijn onontbeerlijk
- Een punctuele en ordelijke multitasker die getuigt van werkijver en zelfstandigheid
- Een enthousiaste, gemotiveerde teamplayer met sterke communicatieve kwaliteiten, alsook een uitgesproken ‘hands-on’ mentaliteit
