Wij zoeken een relatiebeheerder voor de regio Brussel.

We starten in Brussel met een nieuwe cel op nationaal niveau die al deze internationale entiteiten zal bedienen.

**Jouw job**:
Jouw taken als adviseur:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het proactieve beheer van een klantenportefeuille.
- Je kent en verkoopt zelfstandig de kredieten en producten (domein 'Daily Banking') volgens de behoeften van de entiteit, altijd in overeenstemming met de juridische en fiscale regelgeving en de ethiek van de bank.
- Je identificeert de behoeften van je klanten in de andere domeinen (Invest & Insurance) en metiers (Arval, Leasing Solutions enz.) en je doet een beroep op de specialisten van Enterprises, Insurance (Retail Banking) en Affluent & Private Banking. Kortom: een divers team ten dienste van de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de klantentevredenheid.
- Je neemt actief deel aan netwerkevenementen om het positieve imago van de bank te promoten en je integreert je in de wereld van de klanten om deze omgeving te leren kennen en begrijpen.

Je bent een strategische partner voor je zakenrelaties: Als adviseur rentabiliseer je de relatie met je klanten, door intensieve contacten en professionele voorstellen met toegevoegde waarde te ontwikkelen.
Je draagt proactief bij tot de realisatie van de huidige en toekomstige projecten en ambities van de klant.

Je hebt een ondernemersmentaliteit: je bent altijd op zoek naar de beste oplossing voor je klanten, je onderhoudt en bouwt je professioneel netwerk op en je gebruikt het op een positieve manier om hun bevoorrechte gesprekspartner te zijn.

Je analyseert de risico's in het kader van kredietaanvragen die verband houden met de activiteiten van de klanten, door te evalueren of ze gepast en verdedigbaar zijn voor de klant en de bank. Je blijft alert voor nieuwe situaties.

Je bent een voorbeeld op het vlak van samenwerking met de andere segmenten alsook met de collega's van het kantoor, de Business Centres, Affluent & Private Banking.

Je werkt in tandem met je assistent om onze klanten te bedienen.

**Jouw talenkennis**:
Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Engels en je hebt een basiskennis van het Frans.

**Beheersing van tools**:
Je kent en promoot de digitale tools voor Enterprises bij je klanten (Easy Banking Web/Business, Ice³ enz.).
