**We are working on the next generation of smart, integrated and interconnected machines, with a close interaction between R&D and production. Vandewiele has a state-of-the-art production system, with our complete automated manufacturing process being realized in-house.**

**To further strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator (M/V/X).**

**Your role**:

- You will direct quality projects and carry out checks in order to guarantee and optimize the quality within the organization.
- You investigate and handle customer complaints and work out future-oriented preventive measures. In doing so, you consult with production, engineering and purchasing. You prepare reports and communicate clearly and convincingly to all parties involved.
- You support the planning and execution of internal and external quality audits.
- You like to be present in the workplace and succeed in maintaining the high level of quality within the organization based on constructive cooperation. You share our vision that process optimization leads to better quality.
- You provide support to the company and various departments and disciplines to achieve/maintain our ISO9001 certification.
- You ensure efficient administration about all quality issues. You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our documented management system.
- You report to the Quality Manager.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical area or are equivalent through experience.
- Expertise and/or knowledge regarding various quality tools and/or improvement methodologies (lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) is a plus.
- You have a basic knowledge of measurement techniques and technical drawing.
- Thanks to your analytical view and strong organizational skills, you know how to keep an overview and analyze problems in order to come up with improvement proposals. When necessary, you put your teeth into a certain problem and search until the root cause is found.
- As a bridge figure between various internal departments, you succeed in communicating fluently and efficiently.
- With your coaching qualities and enthusiastic approach, you know how to convince people.
- You are hands-on and stress resistant.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
