Robert Half is op zoek naar een logistiek planner voor een bedrijf actief in de technologische sector, gelegen in Diegem.

Het betreft een voltijdse functie. Het betreft een interimopdracht van een aantal maanden tot ongeveer juni 2024.

Het takenpakket van een logistiek planner:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaak van de planning voor de levering, terugnames en verhuizingen van machines en software
- Je staat in contact met de klanten, de logistieke partners en de interne departementen
- Je maakt de planning op in een digitale planningstool
- Je houdt rekening met de maximumcapaciteit van de verschillende stakeholders
- Je stelt prioriteiten afhankelijk van de situatie bij de klant
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van contracten die door sales met onze klanten werden afgesloten
- Je bestelt de benodigde producten bij de interne supply centers
- Je zorgt voor de logistieke uitvoering om de machines en software op tijd bij de klant te leveren en te installeren
- Voor grotere en complexe projecten werk je nauw samen met de projectleiders en de leveranciers om deze in goede banen te leiden

Het profiel van een logistiek planner:

- Je bent een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent stressbestendig en bent probleemoplossend
- Je kan analytisch denken en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en communicatief
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket
- Een eerste ervaring met ERP-pakketten en/of een planningstool is een pluspunt
- Een eerste ervaring als planner is een pluspunt
