Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?
Als persoon ben jij iemand die:
- proactief, kritisch en georganiseerd te werk gaat;
- zowel goed in team functioneert als zelfstandig zijn/haar plan kan trekken;
- een passie heeft voor cijfers en analytisch ingesteld is;
- met alle niveaus van een organisatie kan omgaan op een manier die getuigt van gevoeligheid, tact en professionalisme.
Verder kan jij volgende zaken afvinken:
- je hebt een master diploma in een economische richting;
- je bent bij voorkeur jouw loopbaan gestart als auditor en nu actief als interne boekhouder of controller;
- je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels, kennis van een andere (Europese) taal is een pluspunt;
- je bent een expert in Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met AX Dynamics/D365;
- je bent flexibel en bereid om voor korte periodes internationaal te reizen.
Wat doe je als Internal Audit Manager?
Als Internal Audit Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van **audits wereldwijd **, en raak je vertrouwd met uiteenlopende projecten, lokale kantoren en ondersteunende afdelingen van de organisatie.
Je werkt nauw samen met 2 interne audit collega's, waarvan één junior profiel die jij coacht. Je krijgt de kans om **volledige auditprojecten zelf te trekken **.
- Je identificeert risico's en bepaalt de aanpak om deze risico's te beperken;
- Je beoordeelt interne controlesystemen en bedrijfsprocessen door tests uit te voeren;
- Je ziet toe op de toepassing van het beleid en de procedures van het bedrijf;
- Je stelt duidelijke en beknopte interne auditbevindingen die waarde bieden aan de organisatie;
- Je zorgt voor een follow-up met het management omtrent de uitvoering van corrigerende maatregelen, overeengekomen met de business op basis van jouw audit bevindingen;
- Je draagt bij en deelt best practices binnen de organisatie;
- Je verleent intern advies aan het management over controles, procedures en richtlijnen.
