**Main Requirements for this Position**:
- You will be responsible for performing biochemical, chemical, or microbiological tests according to the implemented procedures and current cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- You will conduct an initial evaluation of the results and check them against assay acceptance criteria, specifications, limits.
- You are responsible for reporting deviations that occurred during the execution of an analysis.
- You actively contribute to problem-solving. You identify irregularities or problems.
- Provides necessary assistance to operational validation activities.
- Respects safety and contributes to lab housekeeping and 5S optimization.
- Reporting within the applicable operational QC teams.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
**Competence Profile**:
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent through experience.
- You have a good command of English, to be able to perform English procedures and support document changes.
- You have a good knowledge of general lab techniques; specific experience in related methods is a plus.
- You are precise and have attention to detail.
- You are quality-conscious.
- You have good communication skills.
- You can work in a goal-oriented and dynamic group consisting of team players.
